Meridian Surgery Center

Dr. Wright established Meridian Surgery Center (MSC) in 2001 as the first general surgical specialty operating facility in Pierce County. Our experienced nursing staff and friendly, personalized care help us to provide excellent, personalized care to our patients.

MSC features one of the area’s newest operating room, a private family waiting room, and the benefits of a traditional OR. The facility provides more privacy and convenience, lower complication and infection rates, and higher patient satisfaction rates—all at less cost than area hospitals.

Patients in good health can receive surgery in an ambulatory (outpatient) surgery center. We may ask your family doctor or a registered nurse assistant to assist in the operation. After surgery, we will guide your care and follow-up until the healing process is complete.

MSC is Medicare Certified and meets all Washington State and federal requirements for ambulatory surgical care.

Self Pay?

Here at MSC, most all surgeries (with few exceptions) cost $10,000 or less - ALL IN, NO SURPRISES. That includes: anesthesiologist, surgeon, assist, supplies, implants, pharmacy, and any durable medical equipment prescribed for post-surgical home use.

Initial Consult: $250
